Serve as the highest-level technical escalation point (L4) for complex issues related to storage, backup, and Azure infrastructure. Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for critical incidents Mentor and support L1L3 engineers; review technical designs and changes. Collaborate with application, cybersecurity, and cloud architects to align infrastructure with business requirements Evaluate new technologies and propose improvements to optimize cost and performance.
