Key responsibilities includes the following:

  • Building close working relationships with clients, provision of expert support in

the fulfillment of the Extended Producer Responsibility and circularity

frameworks and associated compliances, ensuring maximum client

satisfaction and acting as support to existing Customer Success Managers.

  • Focus will be on understanding the unique needs of each client and guiding

them in the adoption of sustainability and circularity programs to optimize

their compliance across all EPR categories - Plastic, Ewaste, Battery, Tyres and

also on upcoming guidelines on Used oil, non-ferrous metals, etc.

Overall responsibilities:

  • Building relationships with a dedicated client-portfolio, and supporting clients

to reach their sustainability and circularity objectives through the use of

Recykals EPR loop technology framework and supporting tools and resources;

  • Based on PO already received, support for achieving the fulfillment

completion, billing client-wise for the region by effectively handling Key

accounts and taking care of client satisfaction and overall customer success.

  • Maintaining regular contact with clients, having at least 2 physical visits per

month and keeping clients informed on latest developments in the industry

on regulations, guidelines, compliances etc;

  • Understanding and showcasing demo of the solution portfolio with every client

using the Recykal sustainability and circularity framework

  • Maintaining accurate records of clientele information within our EPR loop

systems.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Candidate should be able to demonstrate -

  • Direct experience in a client facing role, supporting clients overcoming

challenges and identifying opportunities for improvement.

  • Strong demonstrable understanding of EPR compliance inline with latest CPCB

guidelines

  • Keep track of the Renewal of our agreements & EPR Rules & Regulations

applicable to the client

  • Achieve the tasks given for the allocated accounts responsible and take

ownership of order generation, fulfillment, execution, billing and timely

payment collection

  • Support the CSM during annual renewal of agreements.
  • Provide weekly/monthly reports to clients on progress status including EPR

target achievement, new innovations, documentation, credit transfer status

and other relevant updates.

  • An effective time manager, team player and relationship builder, capable of

managing a cohort of clients effectively as first point of contact for expert

advice related to ongoing frameworks

  • A strong communicator, capable of excellent written and oral presentations at

all levels to director/executive; and able to listen to and understand client

needs and identify appropriate strategic support; ensuring phenomenal client

service

  • Proven ability to track, analyze and report on client satisfaction, retention and

growth
