Job Description Job Title: International Sales Head / Manager – Machine Tools Location: Navi Mumbai Experience: 10+ years Industry: Industrial Machinery / Machine Tools / Oil & Gas Infrastructure CTC: Up to ₹15 LPA Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and experienced International Sales Head / Manager to drive business expansion across Africa, Europe, and the Caspian regions for one of our esteemed client in machine tools and industrial solution   . The ideal candidate will have deep market understanding, strong international networks, and proven expertise in building partnerships, identifying new customers, and expanding our footprint in the global machine tools industry. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to expand business in Africa, Europe, and Caspian regions . Identify, engage, and acquire new international clients in the oil & gas and infrastructure sectors . Map, source, and manage channel partners, distributors, and agents in target markets. Build strong relationships with chambers of commerce, trade associations, and government trade bodies to leverage market opportunities. Stay updated on regional trade agreements, import/export regulations, and industry developments . Prepare and deliver customized sales pitches, proposals, and presentations for international clients. Conduct regular market analysis to assess competitive positioning and market entry strategies. Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and B2B events to promote company offerings. Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets and report market intelligence to senior leadership. Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of international orders. Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). 10+ years of proven experience in international B2B sales of industrial products or machine tools . Strong understanding of Africa, Europe, and Caspian markets. Experience dealing with oil & gas, EPC, and infrastructure clients . Existing network with chambers of commerce, export promotion councils, and trade bodies is highly desirable. Good knowledge of international trade agreements, export documentation, and logistics . Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel internationally for client meetings and exhibitions.
