Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager - Solar. Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Daily tasks include market research, preparation of sales presentations, negotiation of contracts, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support.
Qualifications
- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies and business development plans
- Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills
- Market research and analysis skills to identify new opportunities and trends
- Proficiency in preparing and presenting sales proposals and contracts
- Goal-oriented and ability to achieve sales targets consistently
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in the renewable energy sector, particularly solar, is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
