Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing and Sales Intern to join our team at the Gurgaon head office for a 6-month on-site role. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in the luxury hospitality industry. The intern will work closely with our Marketing and Sales teams, contributing to various marketing campaigns, sales strategies, and customer engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns to promote the resort.
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service to prospective guests.
Support the sales team in lead generation, follow-up with potential clients, and converting inquiries into bookings.
Assist with data entry, maintaining customer databases, and preparing sales reports.
Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
Support the creation and management of content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
Participate in the organization and execution of promotional events and activities.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new marketing and sales ideas.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights for improvement.
Qualifications:
Recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
Strong interest in the hospitality industry and a passion for luxury travel experiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
Previous experience in marketing or sales is a plus, but not required.
