Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team.
As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales strategies, marketing campaigns, customer relationship management, and market research.

Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying potential clients. Conduct research to identify key decision-makers and contact information for target companies. Support the sales team in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Customer Relationship Management:
Help maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and up-to-date information. Assist in managing customer inquiries, tracking sales activities, and ensuring timely follow-up with leads and prospects.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitors. Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations to support sales and marketing strategies. Stay updated on industry news, market developments, and emerging trends.
Sales Analytics:
Collect and analyze sales data, including customer demographics, conversion rates, and revenue projections. Generate reports to track sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Assist in identifying key sales metrics and KPIs to measure success.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer support, to align sales and marketing efforts. Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to improve processes, enhance customer experience, and drive revenue growth.
Sales Presentations and Meetings:
Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and sales materials. Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and networking events as needed. Actively contribute to discussions and share insights to support business development efforts.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, and business development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
- Detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on new challenges.
