Position Overview: We are on the lookout for a motivated and detail-focused Marketing and Sales Intern to join our Gurgaon head office team for a 6-month on-site role. This internship presents a distinctive opportunity to acquire hands-on experience in the luxury hospitality realm. The intern will collaborate closely with our Marketing and Sales departments, contributing to diverse marketing campaigns, sales tactics, and customer engagement endeavors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Aid in devising, executing, and refining marketing campaigns to boost resort visibility.
  • Manage customer inquiries and deliver top-notch service to potential guests.
  • Assist the sales team in lead generation, following up with potential clients, and converting inquiries into reservations.
  • Support in data entry, uphold customer databases, and prepare sales analyses.
  • Carry out market research to spot new trends, competitor strategies, and growth opportunities.
  • Assist in crafting and overseeing content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing collateral.
  • Engage in planning and executing promotional events and initiatives.
  • Brainstorm fresh marketing and sales concepts in collaboration with the team.
  • Track and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, providing feedback for enhancement.

Qualifications:

  • Recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
  • Passionate about the hospitality industry and enthusiastic about luxury travel adventures.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with diverse social media platforms.
  • Adept at working autonomously and in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational capabilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Capable of creative thinking and problem-solving.
  • Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities and tasks.
  • Prior experience in marketing or sales is beneficial, although not mandatory.
