Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an HR Intern located in Chennai with some work-from-home flexibility. The HR Intern will assist with daily HR tasks such as updating HR policies, managing employee benefits, and assisting in personnel management. Responsibilities include supporting HR management processes, maintaining HR records, and assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes. The HR Intern will also participate in developing and implementing employee wellness programs and other HR-related projects.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
  • Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous internship experience in HR is a plus
