Job Title: HR Recruiter Intern
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to join our Human Resources team. The intern will assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding. This role provides a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and screening resumes through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.
- Maintain and update the candidate database on a regular basis.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job ads on various platforms.
- Support onboarding activities and documentation of new hires.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
- Handle daily HR recruitment-related tasks assigned by the team.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR functions is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
Internship Details:
- Duration: 3 months
- Location: Unit no O ,Phase 2 , Office lobby entrance, 5th floor, Spenzer Plaza mall, anna salai, chennai-600002
- Stipend: 3000/- Per month
- Working Hours: 9:30 to 6:30
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: ₹2, ₹3,000.00 per month
