
Inside Sales Specialist

Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for selling IT products, solutions, and services by achieving opportunity-based sales targets. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients while collaborating with the sales team to drive business growth. Integrity, vision, and passion are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold-call prospects generated from external lead sources.
- Identify decision makers within targeted leads and initiate the sales process.
- Create and deliver qualified opportunities to Account Managers.
- Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects in CRM.
- Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions.
- Assist in creating RFP responses for potential clients.
- Support marketing initiatives such as trade shows, exhibits, and events.
- Overcome objections, emphasize product/service features, quote prices, and prepare sales orders/reports.
- Attend periodic sales training and appropriately communicate brand identity.
Location: Bangalore (Candidates from South India preferred and willing to relocate)

Pay: ₹450, ₹700,000.00 per month
