We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage our human resources functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, and ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

People Management

  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
  • Lead performance management processes including appraisals and feedback cycles.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support talent development and succession planning.

HR Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day HR activities including onboarding, offboarding, and documentation.
  • Maintain and update HR policies in compliance with labor laws.
  • Manage HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy.
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and recruitment needs.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Payroll Management

  • Supervise payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.
  • Handle payroll-related queries and discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, PF, ESI, and other statutory deductions.
  • Collaborate with finance for audits and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and payroll systems.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with HRMS platforms like Zoho People, Darwinbox, or SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
