The Founder's Office is our
0→1 execution engine

. When something critical comes up be it a product launch, a new growth channel, or an operational process we need someone who can step in, figure it out, and drive it to completion. As a Founder's Office Intern, you'll operate as our
go-to problem solver and builder

, shaping projects that will have a lasting impact on how EDT grows.

Role Overview

This role is equal parts
strategy and execution

. You'll work directly with the founders on projects that cut across growth, product, customer experience, and operations. You won't just be researching or planning you'll be rolling up your sleeves to
build processes, launch initiatives, and close loops

.

What You'll Do

  • Roll up your sleeves to build processes, playbooks, and SOPs from scratch.
  • Research products, map competitors, and size markets to guide new launches.
  • Partner with teams to design and implement the customer experience journey.
  • Drive special projects that cut across growth, operations, product, and CX.
  • Experiment, measure, and refine execution until the outcome is achieved.
  • Be the founder's "go-to" person for unblocking bottlenecks and moving fast.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to break down ambiguous problems.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills you get people aligned.
  • High ownership mindset; thrives in fast-moving, unstructured environments.
  • Interest in consumer brands, e-commerce, and startups.
  • Bonus: Prior experience in consulting, high-growth startups, or ops/growth internships.
