Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Yield Management Analyst to join our dynamic IMG Sales Team.
In this role, you will be a key contributor to our profitability and market competitiveness by providing data-driven insights to support our business decisions.
You will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on competitor activities, developing and maintaining insightful dashboards, and supporting our international markets with robust data analytics.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive industry and data analysis, with a knack for transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Competitive Analysis: You will track, analyze, and report on competition benchmarking (EATP) for all IMG markets. This includes preparing quarterly off-strategy reports for leadership review and approval.
- Business Intelligence and Reporting: A significant part of your role will involve dashboard development and maintenance using tools like Alteryx, Power BI, and Qlik Sense to visualize data and provide key insights to stakeholders.
- Yield Management Support: You will support IMG markets with data analytics and insights focused on the key pillars of Yield Management: Pricing, Volume, and Mix. This involves using analytical tools to improve efficiency in data blending and visualization to offer practical recommendations.
- Pricing Strategy: You will play a crucial role in the annual price strategy development for our international markets, providing data-backed analysis to inform pricing decisions.
- Process Improvement: You will be tasked with driving waste elimination projects through the automation and enhancement of current tools and processes.
- Ad-Hoc Analysis: As needed, you will deliver various other analyses to support the specific needs of the different markets within the IMG.
Qualifications
- Educational Qualification - Engineering/MBA/Marketing Degree.
- No. of Years of Experience - Minimum 5 years of experience. Relevant experience in sales/marketing in automotive industry preferred.
- Professional Exposure - Familiarity with working for large global corporation with diverse workforce.
- Preferred skillsets - A good mix of practical experience in marketing/sales and data analytics. Knowledge of Alteryx, Qliksense, PowerBI.
- Leadership skills - Self-motivated individual with strong ownership. Solid business acumen, coupled with a drive for results. Penchant for learning new tools/methods.
- What will make you stand out among the crowd - ML skillset, Exposure to AI-based solutions in operations.
- Other key attributes preferred - Able to work in a cross-functional diverse team. Flexible work schedule to support different time zones.
