Analytics and Pricing resource

, your responsibilities will include

providing financial insights

and

projections to various stakeholders

,

preparing pricing

for

new business opportunities

. You

will provide reliable data and analysis to be used in decision-making and planning

.You will

prepare accurate monthly financial reports, assist in the preparation of presentations

that

provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions that need to be made

.Required Education and Work experience / Skills:Bachelor’s degree with MBA / CA and experience in finance or a related area. Preferably CA.Experience: Total of 5 to 8 Years. Relevant of 4+ Years of experience in Ops finance, Pricing / Rate negotiation & Analytics.Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skillsGeneral knowledge of financial/operational principlesVery good understanding of finance and how P&L works and costs go to P&L.Experience developing

financial analysis and BPO Pricing – Good to have.Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levelsAbility to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environmentSuperior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big pictureDemonstrated ability to influence others through effective verbal and written communicationDemonstrated ability to drive projects across an organizationWork Location:

Bangalore / Hybrid (Candidate must be in Bangalore)ResponsibilitiesProvide

Analytics support / financial insights and

projections

to the operation teams related to productivity, forecast planning, reporting, and other cost metrics.Prepare pricing for new business opportunities & negotiating the ratesReview

MSAs and SOWs for new and existing clients.Working closely with

CXO resources on regular basis.You will

provide reliable data and analysis

to be used in decision-making and planning.You will prepare accurate
