Role : Technical Product owner / Business Analyst

Experience : 5-7 yrs as a Business Analyst / Product Analyst / Product Manager

Location : Pune ( Hybrid)

Exp DOJ : At the earliest

Pref domain : Finance / Banking / Capital Markets / Financial industry

Work Timings : 8 working hours

1 PM - 10 PM (IST) Or 11 AM - 4 PM (IST) + 8 : 30 PM - 11 : 30 PM (IST)

Selection :

- Initial discussions for profile understanding / Technical screening + 2 Client interviews (Teams / G-Meet w/ Camera ON from Laptop ONLY)

- On successful BGV for technically selected candidates and as per the request from client on case-to-case basis

- Laptop+Internet : Mandatory to be provided by the resource partner or arranged by the candidate Min Config : i7-2.8 GHz (10th generation) | 16 GB | 500 GB HDD / 512 GB SSD | Windows 10

Role and Responsibilities :

- To work closely with the product team as a Scrum Product Owner and collaborates with Product Managers and users to define and prioritize software requirements.

- This individual will be responsible for leading the execution of technology projects and will work closely with internal and external users to support evolving needs.

- This individual will be responsible for maintaining and developing a pipeline of new features and enhancements and lead acceptance testing activities to ensure successful delivery of quality deliverables.

- This role relies heavily on written communication to analyze and specify product requirements to clearly scope and implement right-sized technology solutions.

Mandatory skills & experience :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science / Computer Applications / Information Technology / Science / Engineering / Mathematics / Finance

- 5 to 7 years of work experience as a business analyst / product analyst / product manager

- Experience in finance / banking / capital markets / enterprise applications within financial services industry

- Clear understanding of system integrations and API concepts

- Hands-on technology project execution experience, specifically the development of software as a service products.

- Experience working with US based teams and counterparts.

- Proven experience with Agile SDLC and quality assurance concepts, practices, and procedures.

- Ability to adapt to changing demands and business requirements.

- Strong ability to dissect complex situations to troubleshoot and propose solutions.

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal, speaking to technical and non-technical business users

Nice to have skills & experience :

- Experience of Capital market data, reference, security master and real-time

- Experience across multiple securities asset classes

- Experience with BI tools such as PowerBI or Looker

- Experience of data analysis and reporting with a working knowledge of SQL

- Experience of working with distributed global teams in start-ups at growth stage
