Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner/Business Analyst with expertise in defining and delivering software solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical teams, ensuring successful implementation of product features and capabilities. If you are a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a passion for innovation, we’d love to have you on our team.

This Position is Work from office, Pune Location.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in creating specifications from business requirements and explaining them effectively to software teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes.
  • Familiarity with data integration, including data quality and validation.
  • Exposure to enterprise software architectures, infrastructures, and integrations, especially with AWS or other cloud platforms.
  • Experience in the Core Banking (Customer Onboarding) and Payments domains, working with product houses.
  • Hands-on experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in at least two engagements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Ability to synthesize discussions into actionable milestones for scrum teams.
  • Expertise in generalizing requirements to enable reusable solutions under the "Build Once, Use Many" approach.
  • Knowledge of Regulatory Reporting, AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and Fraud solutions is a plus.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with AML/Fraud solutions and their integration with enterprise platforms.
  • Experience with Regulatory Reporting tools and frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, with the ability to act as a bridge between technical and business teams.
Soft Skills
  • Team player with a strong work ethic, creativity, and flexibility.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


Requirements
Provide Level 2 technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues efficiently. Utilize expertise in Java, JDBC, and SQL to diagnose and resolve software-related problems. Write and execute SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data as needed. Demonstrate a basic understanding of HTML for troubleshooting web-related issues. Analyze logs, employ scripting techniques, and utilize command-line tools to investigate and resolve technical issues. Create and maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures and support processes. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing timely updates on issue resolution progress. Assist in the development and implementation of support strategies to enhance system reliability and performance.
