Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, located in Visakhapatnam. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, from identifying potential candidates to onboarding. Daily tasks include developing and executing hiring strategies, conducting interviews, engaging in employer branding activities, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure the best talent is identified and retained. The role demands excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong professional relationships within and outside the organization.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in IT Recruitment
  • Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills
  • Experience in Hiring and Interviewing
  • Skills in Employer Branding
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the digital engineering or software development industry is a plus
