Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and ensuring seamless hiring operations for various industries and functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Lead the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for diverse roles across industries.

Sourcing Candidates:

  • Leverage job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to identify and attract high-quality candidates.

Client Engagement:

  • Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

Screening and Interviewing:

  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with clients, ensuring candidates are aligned with job requirements.

Pipeline Management:

  • Maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.

Job Descriptions:

  • Draft clear and compelling job descriptions based on client requirements.

Market Insights:

  • Provide clients with insights into talent availability, industry trends, and competitive hiring practices.

Candidate Relationship Management:

  • Build long-term relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience and future engagement.

Compliance:

  • Ensure recruitment activities adhere to company policies, client expectations, and labor laws.

Metrics and Reporting:

  • Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, quality of hire, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally across multiple industries and functions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • A results-driven attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
