The Entrepreneurial Growth Leader will be responsible for driving strategic growth, expanding market presence, and fostering an innovative and customer-focused culture. As the future custodian of OriginBluy, you will lead the business with an entrepreneurial spirit and a vision for long-term success.
- Define and execute the long-term vision and strategy for OriginBluy.
- Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Develop strategies for new revenue streams and partnerships.
- Take full ownership of the P&L to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
- Expand OriginBluy’s client base and deepen existing client relationships.
- Lead the organization into new markets and industries while maintaining excellence in current offerings.
- Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and accountability across teams.
- Inspire and mentor team members to think entrepreneurially and act as business owners.
- Build and scale a high-performing team aligned with the company’s values.
- Drive a customer-first approach by developing tailored solutions for client needs.
- Lead client engagements, ensuring satisfaction and measurable results.
- Build long-term relationships with stakeholders and industry influencers.
- Represent OriginBluy at industry forums and events to build thought leadership.
- Innovate service offerings, including executive coaching, microlearning, and leadership programs.
- Leverage technology and data-driven insights to enhance organizational impact.
- Entrepreneurial Vision: Demonstrated ability to create and scale businesses with an ownership mindset.
- Strategic Thinking: Deep expertise in strategy, innovation, and market positioning.
- Leadership Excellence: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop cross-functional teams.
- Client-Centric Approach: Passion for building long-lasting client relationships and delivering measurable value.
- Growth-Oriented Mindset: Strong focus on achieving ambitious goals and navigating challenges.
- MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Strategy, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in leadership roles, preferably in consulting, people development, or related sectors.
- A proven track record of scaling businesses and driving operational excellence.
- Exceptional communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in managing P&L, partnerships, and business development.
- An exclusive percentage of profit contribution , aligning with the entrepreneurial nature of the role.
- The exact percentage will be negotiated based on experience and alignment with organizational goals, ensuring significant rewards for driving the business’s success.
