Job Role:

  1. Responsible for conceptualizing and managing unique customer propositions
  2. Stay connected to the sales functions to keep seeking customer feedback on and identifying customer need gaps
  3. Liaise with internal product teams to create best in class products
  4. Work with the Customer Journey / Digital Leads to ensure seamless delivery of customer propositions
  5. Work closely with the Marketing and alliances team to build a strong customer communication strategy
  6. Stay abreast of industry trends and identify unique opportunities to enhance customer value
  7. Competition mapping to identify product initiatives
  8. Ensure that the unique propositions are in line with regulatory guidelines across jurisdictions

Job Requirements:

  1. 10-15 years of experience in Product / Propositions
  2. Prior NR experience will be an added advantage
  3. Ability to influence in a matrix structure
  4. Excellent communication / presentation skills
