Key RequirementIncumbent should have
deep expertise of Customer Due DiligenceShould be in
senior leadership role within Financial Crime Operations of a Multi-National Bank
for a number of yearsShould have experience of
leading leaders and manage large complex teams.
Essential capabilitiesPeople leadership capabilities including managing people managersLeadership and coachingStrong time management and organisation skillsOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsAbility to adapt to changing prioritiesKnowledge and experience of using Active Ops, AOM, FocusIQ or other productivity tools to effectively manage the resources, cost, productivity and deliver efficiencies.
Other capabilitiesStrong understanding of risk and controlsAbility to problem solveAbility to clearly articulate riskUnderstanding of AML/CTF Legislation
Experience5+ years of experience of working in Customer Due Diligence (CDD ) Enhanced Due Diligence (ECDD) or KYC Operations for individual and non-individual customers ) in financial institutions8-10years of working in Financial Crime OperationsOverall 15+ years of experience working in Banking operations in similar capacities.Minimum 4+ years of leadership experience, managing People Leaders / Manager and leading teams of 50+ FTE on a full-time basis within CDD / Financial Crime operations.Experience of coaching and developing teams and managersExperience building relationships with multiple stakeholders
