Job Overview:

Manage the product compariosn and competitive oversight on Truhome is offering its customers. Ensure we are compliant with all regulatory requirements on both product and CA regulations, incl but not limited to regular filing with IRDA; managing audits & compliance requirements on business and technology.

Role & responsibilities

Product Overview & IRDA Regulatory Compliance

  • Manage end-to-end oversight of product features to ensure alignment with IRDA guidelines.
  • Coordinate with compliance/legal teams for filings, approvals, and audits.

Product Review vs. Competition

  • Regularly benchmark product specs and pricing against market competitors.
  • Identify gaps and improvement areas in product positioning.
  • Maintain a comparison dashboard to track competitor offerings.
  • Gather competitive intelligence for product and pricing strategy.

Customer Usage Monitoring & Stakeholder Management

  • Analyze usage patterns and customer behavior to refine product offerings.
  • Use insights to enhance product relevance and user experience.
  • Meet with insurers and partners to stay updated on market pricing trends.

Product Innovation & Improvement

  • Drive product enhancements based on market trends and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and new features.

Regulatory Query Management

  • Handle business-related queries from IRDA and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Maintain clear documentation to support regulatory communication.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of documents to IRDA.

Preferred candidate profile

Understanding on insurance regulatory framework. Knowledge on Product. Ability to engage internal stakeholders and with our insurance partners. Have insight on competitive landscape and product environment
