Role and Responsibilities: Identify and establish relationships with companies to create a robust network of potential employers focusing on data science, analytics. Responsible for internship and final placements of students especially in the field of data science, analytics. Collaborate with recruiters to understand their recruitment needs and align them withstudent profiles. Facilitate the placement process for students, including organizing campus recruitmentdrives, workshops, and interview sessions. Maintain and update records of placement activities, including student placements,employer feedback, and market trends. Prepare regular reports on placement statistics and project progress for managementreview. Work closely with the academic and administrative teams to align placement activities with academic programs and student needs. Identify training needs and organize training for student to enhance their employability.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any stream. Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in placement services, career counselling, or business development. Proven track record in building and maintaining industry relationships and corporaterelations.

Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
