Salary: INR 4.0 – 5.0 LPA

Experience Level : 2-5 years

Industry- Edtech-Higher Education


Role and Responsibilities:

 Identify and establish relationships with companies to create a robust network of potential employers focusing on data science, analytics.

 Responsible for internship and final placements of students especially in the field of data science, analytics.

 Collaborate with recruiters to understand their recruitment needs and align them with

student profiles.

 Facilitate the placement process for students, including organizing campus recruitment

drives, workshops, and interview sessions.

 Maintain and update records of placement activities, including student placements,

employer feedback, and market trends.

 Prepare regular reports on placement statistics and project progress for management

review.

 Work closely with the academic and administrative teams to align placement activities with academic programs and student needs.

 Identify training needs and organize training for student to enhance their employability.


Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in any stream. Master’s degree preferred.

 Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in placement services, career counselling, or business development.

 Proven track record in building and maintaining industry relationships and corporate

relations.


Skills:

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
