Assistant Manager/ Manager- Placements

We have an opening for the Sr. Executive/ Assistant Manager/ Manager position.
We are looking for candidates having prior experience in placing Management & Law Students.
2. Job Purpose
• To facilitate and guide the students in achieving their best career objectives.
3. Key Accountability
Strategic
• Responsible for Placement services for students.
• Identify and have a tie-up with good companies/organizations for MITWPU.
Operational
• Identifying potential companies for campus recruitment and other industry partnerships, by cold calls, personal visits, and making effective presentations of the University.
• Continuous updating of the database of companies.
• To conduct end-to-end campus recruitment process (CRP) for the respective school from forming of student committee, inviting companies for CRP, arranging necessary infrastructure etc.
• Accompanying students for placement process, pool in campus drives at other institutions, off-campus drives, etc.
• To provide career counseling to the candidates.
• conduct briefing sessions to make students well prepared and well aware of the job profile, company, prospects, etc. before every campus process.
• Collecting feedback from recruiters, students & stakeholders and analyzing the same.
• To prepare and execute an action plan based on shared feedback & suggestions.
• To chalk out and implement the holistic training program featuring mock GDPIs, extempore, case studies, etc. to gauge their ability and efficiency.
Financial and Budget
• Play an active role in preparing and giving inputs on Budgeting.
Collaborations
• Build rapport with industries, and corporates for Placements, trainings & other Industry Connect Activities.
Minimum Qualification & Experience
• MBA in HR and having experience in handling recruitment functions independently.
• Work experience should be nearly 4 to 12 years.
