Role: Finance and Admin Manager We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented accountant to join our team. As a finance manager, you will be responsible for handling all finance and accounts day-to-day operations, and taking care of our office tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in finance or accounting. Work Location:  HSR Layout, Bangalore (in-office role) Responsibilities: Manage Zoho Books for accounting purposes, including invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Reconcile invoices from various sources with credit card, bank statements and invoice clients accordingly. Assist with budgeting and forecasting. Support month-end closing procedures. Ensure timely statutory compliance such as TDS, PF, PT, and GST. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting. Assist with ad-hoc projects as assigned by management. Manage admin tasks for the office in Bangalore and Mumbai. Customer conversations on contracting Qualifications: Completed a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Google Sheets, etc. Knowledge of accounting software such as Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or Tally. Knowledge of statutory regulations such as Income Tax, GST, etc. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented and highly organised. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
