We are seeking a dedicated Spare Parts Sales Specialist to manage our Patna territory. The role will focus on dealer development, channel expansion, secondary sales growth, dealer retention, and overall revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and strengthen spare parts sales channels in the territory.
• Identify, appoint, and onboard new dealers.
• Drive primary and secondary sales focus.
• Ensure dealer satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
• Achieve assigned territory revenue targets.
Who We're Looking For:
• Experience in two-wheeler spare parts sales / aftermarket distribution.
• Strong network and ability to develop dealer channels.
• Self-driven, target-focused, and result-oriented professional.
• Willing to travel extensively within the Patna region.
