Role Description:This is a

full-time on-site role ; we are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Head of Sales - Hospitality Sales

to lead our core hospitality sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in hospitality sales, a strategic mindset, and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:• Sales Strategy Development:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the hospitality sector.• Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets• Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.• Market Analysis:

Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.• Performance Monitoring:

Monitor and evaluate sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.

• Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure cohesive and effective business strategies.• Contract Negotiation:

Lead negotiations for major contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.• Training and Development:

Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.

Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.

Skills:• Strong leadership and team management skills.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities.• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
