Summary :

- We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Java Technical Lead to join our growing team.

- This role requires a passionate leader with a deep understanding of Java development principles, software design, and best practices.

- You will play a key role in mentoring junior developers, architecting complex solutions, driving technical innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of software projects.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing development environment.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance in the design, development, and implementation of complex software solutions.

- Analyze technical requirements, propose solutions, and contribute to overall system architecture.

- Develop and maintain highly scalable and performant backend systems using Java (preferably Java 17), Spring Boot, microservices, and RESTful APIs.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Java, cloud computing, and DevOps.

- Identify opportunities for technical improvement and implement innovative solutions.

- Collaborate with designers, analysts, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure successful project delivery.

- Participate in the selection and evaluation of new technologies and tools.

- Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.

- Manage project timelines, delegate tasks, and track progress towards project goals.

- Document technical decisions and maintain clear and concise code.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both verbally and in writing.

Qualifications :

- 10+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java development.

- Proven experience leading and mentoring technical teams.

- In-depth knowledge of Java programming language (Java 17 preferred) and object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.

- Expertise in designing and implementing scalable and maintainable software architectures.

- Strong understanding of backend development concepts, including microservices, RESTful APIs, and databases.

- Experience with Spring Boot and related frameworks (a plus).

-Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and technologies (a plus).

- Experience with DevOps practices and tools (a plus).

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

- Passion for building high-quality, secure, and user-friendly software applications
