Job Description :
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead with 12 to 15 years of experience in software development, with expertise in Java and Angular technologies. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing and architecting complex software solutions, and providing technical guidance and leadership throughout the development lifecycle.
Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and coaching to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs and architecture.
- Design, develop, and implement complex software solutions using Java and Angular technologies, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Architect scalable and maintainable software systems, considering factors such as performance, security, and reliability.
- Conduct code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure code quality, reliability, and maintainability.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within the team, exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance development processes and practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, UX/UI design, and quality assurance to deliver end-to-end solutions that meet business objectives and user needs.
- Define and enforce development standards, processes, and methodologies to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
- Provide technical leadership and support throughout the development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in Java and Angular technologies, sharing knowledge and expertise with team members.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 12-15 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java and Angular technologies.
- Proven experience in leading teams of developers and delivering complex software solutions.
- Expertise in Java programming language and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
- Strong proficiency in Angular framework (Angular 2+), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Solid understanding of software architecture and design principles, with experience in designing and architecting scalable and maintainable systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly understand and address technical challenges.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Java certifications, Angular certifications) are a plus.
