The Role :


- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Technical Architect to join our growing team in Bengaluru.

- As a Technical Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative software solutions that support our business objectives.

- You will be responsible for the entire software development lifecycle, from technical architecture and solution design to integration and deployment.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of technical architecture for new and existing software applications.

- Develop and implement software solutions using Java, leveraging technologies like Spring Boot, Kafka, and AWS.

- Design and implement solutions that integrate seamlessly with our existing infrastructure (including Kubernetes).

- Participate in enterprise architecture discussions to ensure alignment with long-term business goals.

- Collaborate with developers, operations teams, and business stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective software delivery.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the Java Must have a strong understanding of Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, AWS (including EC2, S3, Lambda), and Kubernetes.

- Proven experience in technical architecture, solution architecture, and enterprise architecture.

- Experience with software development lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and best practices.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to effectively translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

- Experience with cloud platforms and technologies is a plus.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.

- Experience within the recruitment industry is a plus.
