Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable and high-performance UI solutions using React and Node.js.

● Lead the design and implementation of UI components and features, ensuring adherence to best practices and design patterns.

● Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the UI development team.

● Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.

● Optimize UI performance and responsiveness, identifying and addressing bottlenecks and performance issues.

● Stay current with emerging UI trends, technologies, and best practices, and incorporate them into our development processes

Role Specifications :

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

● Experience - 4 to 8 years

● 4+ years of professional experience in UI development, with a focus on building complex web applications using React and Node.js.

● Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologies.

● Experience with modern UI frameworks and libraries such as Redux, React Router, Material-UI, etc.

● Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and experience integrating frontend applications with backend services.

● Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.

● Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and debug complex UI issues.

● Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

● Experience mentoring and coaching junior engineers, fostering their professional growth and development
