Role : Backend Developer / Sr Backend Developer

Experience : 3-8 Years+

Work location: Koramangala, Bangalore

Responsibilities:
● Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, providing guidance and support throughout
the software development lifecycle
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design architecture, and
develop solutions that meet business objectives
● Drive the adoption of best practices and standards for Java development, ensuring code
quality, scalability and maintainability
● Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance the
development process and improve overall efficiency
● Oversee the deployment of Java applications to both on-premises and cloud
environments, ensuring reliability, performance, and security.
● Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging to identify and resolve
issues in a timely manner
● Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and advancements in Java technology and
healthcare industry standards
Role Specifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
● 3-8 years of experience in enterprise Java development, with a strong understanding of
Java EE technologies.
● Experience working in healthcare or related industries is preferred.
● Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a team of developers.
● Solid understanding of Spring framework, Tomcat, and other Java-based technologies.
● Experience with both on-premises and cloud environments, preferably AWS or Azure.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate
effectively with cross-functional teams.
