This is a full-time, on-site role in Mysore, India, offering a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of AI innovation while building meaningful relationships with clients.Key Responsibilities1. Sales and Business Development- Identify and engage potential clients in key B2 B segments- Initiate outreach via calls, emails, and networking to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads.- Track and manage sales progress to achieve and exceed targets.2. Customer Engagement and Acquisition- Deliver compelling sales pitches, addressing client needs and resolving objections effectively.- Oversee seamless customer onboarding, ensuring a positive transition to Convogenie.ai services.3. Product Expertise and Demonstrations- Conduct tailored product demonstrations, highlighting features, benefits, and ROI for potential clients.- Provide technical support during demonstrations to instil client confidence and gather valuable feedback.4. Strategic Growth and Market Insights- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business opportunities in alignment with company objectives.- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to identify areas for innovation and growth.5. Client Relationship Management- Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring timely support and issue resolution.- Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.6.
