This pivotal role will shape our DevOps strategy and ensure seamless integration of development and operations activities.

What You'll Do:

Design and implement scalable DevOps solutions that align with business objectives and technological needs. Evaluate, select, and integrate cutting-edge tools and technologies to enhance CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure management, and automation processes. Lead the adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles using industry-standard tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet. Design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment, ensuring rapid and reliable software delivery. Collaborate with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) to optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, cost-efficiency, and security. Implement comprehensive monitoring and alerting solutions to proactively address performance issues and ensure high system availability. Work closely with security teams to enforce best practices and compliance with industry standards. Create documentation, guidelines, and conduct training sessions to empower teams in adopting DevOps best practices and tools. Foster positive and collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Troubleshoot complex issues in a fast-paced environment.

What We Are Looking For:

Proven track record in software engineering, ideally transitioning from Software Engineer to Software Architect within the past 3-4 years. Strong experience with Jenkins, Git Actions, GitHub, Ansible, Python, and scripting languages. Demonstrated experience designing, building, deploying, and maintaining enterprise cloud solutions (Azure preferred). In-depth knowledge of cloud-native architecture, distributed microservices, multi-tenant SaaS solutions, cloud scalability, performance, and high availability. Understanding of secure architectures, secure configuration, identity management, monolithic applications, and Lift & Shift deployments. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for knowledge sharing and teamwork. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven experience in cloud solution design, deployment, and management (Azure preferred). Experience transitioning from Software Engineer to Software Architect.
