Manager Admin. is responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of the organization and providing high-level executive support to the MD/CEO. This role involves but not limited to, managing office functions, ensuring efficient operations, and assisting the MD/CEO with various tasks, including scheduling meetings, correspondence etc.

Main Responsibilities:

Administrative Management:

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

Assistance to MD/CEO:

  • Manage the MD /CEOs calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange appointments.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the MD/CEO.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring prompt and appropriate responses.

Meeting Coordination:

  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Act as a liaison between the MD/CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Plan, book, and manage travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and other transportation for employees, ensuring compliance with the companys travel policies and budget constraints
  • Visa with visa applications, travel insurance, and other travel-related documentation.
  • Arranging company branding shirts as per approval for employees.

Office Administration:

  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality.
  • Oversee facility management, including maintenance, security, and cleanliness.
  • Track expense for administrative operations.

Event Planning:

  • Plan and organize company events, conferences, and other activities.
  • Coordinate with vendors, manage event logistics, and ensure successful execution.

Desired Profile:

  • Qualification: Any Graduate
  • Experience: Min. 7 years of relevant work experience with strong knowledge of administrative processes, facilities management, and office operations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
