Job description

Providing technical support for the windows servers, mobile OS and other product relatedissues.Interact and support to the regional sales team on presales and post-sales activities.Deployment of software in the client environment and onsite visit if required (Sri Lankaand Overseas).Maintaining a high degree of customer service for all support queries.Taking ownership of user problems and being proactive when dealing with user issues.Deployment of service releases, patches, requests, and customizations (Onsite or Remote)Problem determination, workaround resolution, root cause analysis, major incidentmanagementProviding a high level of service to our customers and adhering to our strict SLAs forresponse and restoration timesFlexibility - responsibilities may require occasional evening and weekend workAnswering the support queries / Technical requests via phone/remotely and email.Taking ownership of user problems and being proactive when dealing with user issues.

Skills for your job

Understanding of software development cyclePractical experience of Windows Server, SQL Server, IIS and networkingVery in-depth knowledge to troubleshoot the IIS related issues.Excellent customer service skillsHands-on experience with dockers & Kubernetes is preferredShould be able to handle cloud environment such as AWS, azure, etc...Proper knowledge of Mobile OS (IOS, Android etc..)IT Security and Network knowledge troubleshoot the issues.Familiar with the VAPT/Pentest assessment for the application.Configure DNS and SSL certificateBasic scripting knowledge for the SQL and others and SQL Cluster, Logshipping ...Understand the network issues and concepts {Ports,NAT,port forwarding etc...}Dev OpsMinimum 1-2 Years of relevant experiences preferred
