What you'll do:

As an Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our operations. Your responsibilities will span across general office administration, vendor relations, employee onboarding and offboarding, event organization, executive support and maintain leave record management systems. Your ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work under pressure will be key to your success in this role.


  • Oversee office management operations, including general office administration, vendor relations, Accounts & Finance and similar office activities
  • Support employees' onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain leave record management system
  • Organise in-house and off-site meetings, events and activities
  • Provide executive support to the senior management team when needed.

  • Minimum of 4 - 5 years' work experience, preferably within a financial services or professional services background
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organisational skills with demonstrated ability to handle diversified workload
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to establish amicable relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Competence in providing support to multiple team members across different teams
  • High energy, collaborative, proactive with a vibrant personality
