Job Role:

We are looking for an Accountant with 2–4 years of experience who can manage daily accounts in Tally, handle GST/TDS, generate E-Way Bills, and coordinate with the dispatch team for material movement.

Responsibilities:


• Record day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.


• Handle sales, purchase, payment, and receipt entries.


• Generate and manage E-Way Bills.


• Prepare invoices, challans, and dispatch documents.


• Coordinate with dispatch/logistics team for timely material dispatch.


• Manage GST, TDS calculations, and assist in returns filing.


• Reconcile bank statements, vendor & customer accounts.


• Prepare simple financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, stock statements).


• Maintain proper filing of bills, vouchers, and records.

Requirements:


• Graduate in Commerce/Accounting.


• Proficiency in Tally ERP is mandatory.


• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and E-Way Bill system.


• Skilled in MS Excel and documentation.


• 2–4 years of relevant experience.


• Reliable, detail-oriented, and good at coordination.
