Bank Reconciliation

Cash Voucher Entry

Journal Voucher Filing

Maintenance of Cash Book

GSTR 2B Reconciliation

Preparing Reports & Sending to CA

Online Payments (Creditors, Electricity Bills, GIDC Water Bills, AMC Bills, etc.)

ESIC Reconciliation

Professional Tax & Labour Welfare Fund Reconciliation

Mobile Recharge & Office Number Management

Basic Gujarati Typing

Payment Follow-up with Parties

Proper Filing of Sale, Purchase, JV, & Expense Vouchers

Coordination with CA for Audit Purpose

Handling TDS & Income Tax related work

Salary Processing for Staff

Handling Basic HR Activities

Communication & Correspondence with Company Secretary

**Required Skills**:
Knowledge of Accounting & Taxation

Proficiency in MS Office & Accounting Software

Good Communication Skills

Ability to Manage Multiple Tasks

Gujarati Typing Preferred
