We are urgently hiring Accounts Admin.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Account Management**:
Oversee the setup, management, and maintenance of accounts in internal systems, ensuring all accounts are properly configured and updated.
- **Customer Support**:
Provide assistance to customers or internal teams regarding account issues, such as billing inquiries, access permissions, and technical support.
- **Data Management**:
Ensure accurate input and updating of customer/account data in the system. Conduct regular audits to verify data integrity.
- **Permissions & Access Control**:
Grant, modify, and revoke user permissions to systems and resources based on role requirements, ensuring compliance with company policies and security protocols.
- **Billing & Invoicing**:
Handle account-related billing matters, ensuring timely invoicing and resolution of any discrepancies. Work closely with finance teams on financial reporting.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:
Prepare and generate reports on account usage, performance, and issues. Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- **Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams**:
Work with other departments, such as IT, HR, or Finance, to ensure smooth onboarding, offboarding, and account transitions for employees or clients.
- **Troubleshooting**:
Resolve account-related issues, including login issues, account access, and system bugs.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- Proven experience in account management or administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of account management systems and software.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with CRM or ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP, etc.).
- Familiarity with data management and reporting tools.
- Basic knowledge of financial systems and invoicing procedures.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position

- 18k-28k
