Accounts Executive – Ahmedabad

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing team. The right candidate will manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support compliance with company policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily accounting records and update ledgers.
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports.
  • Verify bills, receipts, and supporting documents for accuracy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on accounting-related queries.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing systems.
  • Support audits and internal financial reviews.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, etc.).
  • Strong grasp of basic accounting principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail with high accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
