Regional Manager Sales - Domestic Holidays

Role OverviewThis role will span across the leisure travel function at SOTC. As a regional manager this role would require maximization of domestic holiday business opportunities through all Sales channels on behalf of the Company and achieve the targets defined for the region on a monthly / quarterly / annual basis.

The ideal candidate will drive sales targets & help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.

Purpose of the Role1. Achieving domestic sales targets for the region as defined by the business2. Managing teams across the cluster/regional and driving performance3. Ensuring quality service is provided to clients by following the organization standards4. Ensure adherence to the compliance requirements across the team and branches as defined by the organization

Roles & ResponsibilitiesManage and develop front line sales team for achieving the set target for domestic holiday businessIdentify new revenue generation opportunities for distribution expansion and ensuring repeat business opportunitiesTrack business performance metrics for the territory assigned and conduct regular performance reviews against the assigned targetCoordinate with central teams to design and implement required interventions for specific partnersMonitor market Intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new projects, competitive activity, new customers etc.Roll out Innovative marketing strategies to increase the market shareGrow the distribution networkMentoring and up skilling the team to achieve their individual sales targetsTrack and report all sales activitiesDevelop and execute sales strategy through market analysis

Qualifications

Graduate / Post Graduate in Sales & Marketing10-12 years of experience in sales, of which min 3 years in leading teams across geographiesExperience generate and maintaining relationships with sales leadsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent Analytical skills
