Responsibilities
  • Developand implement HR policies and procedures that align with companygoals.
  • Manage the full recruitment processincluding job postings interviewing and onboarding newemployees.
  • Oversee employee performanceevaluation processes and provide guidance on employee developmentplans.
  • Address and resolve employee grievancesand conduct investigations as necessary.
  • Ensurecompliance with labor laws and regulations maintaining properdocumentation and records.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of labor lawsand HR best practices.
  • Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handlesensitive information withconfidentiality.
  • Strong analytical andproblemsolving abilities.
  • Proficient in usingHR software and Microsoft OfficeSuite.
