We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Proposal Development to join our Asset Servicing, Sales Enablement team . This role is located in Pune, Maharashtra - HYBRID .
Shift Timings: pm to :pm IST
In the current role the resource is expected to handle Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQ) for
BNY Mellon Asset Servicing clients across the globe.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
End-to-end project management of the Due Diligence Questionnaires received from our global Asset Servicing clients. Write first drafts of client questionnaires & responses and conduct research. Responsible for overall completion of the documents with all required approvals. Stakeholder and timeline management. Coordinate with internal business units/ subject matter experts to research and gather information necessary to prepare a responsive submission to the DDQ. Conducts legal/business reviews for all potential projects. Anticipate compliance, legal, or regulatory review required for responses and work with more senior staff to address. Process Improvement and Knowledge Management. Assist in developing and refining DDQ processes and proposal library content. May need to contact the client or work with the business development or relationship management team to clarify requirements. Contribute to the achievement of team objectives.To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Master’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in business management or related field. - years of total work experience preferred. Experience in bid management/proposal development preferred. Good communication skills. Extremely resourceful with excellent Project Management skills and experience. Collaborative – help facilitate a high level of collaboration between multiple stakeholders. When needed, work directly with SMEs, leaders and executives to help refine content strategy/messaging to best position the firm to win. Must have excellent written/verbal communication and keen listening skills. Creative – Dynamic individual with an ability to synthesize multiple and significant information sources into a crisp, professional, impactful and value adding response for the clients. Driven and a self-starter – Skilled in organisation and time management skills and an ability to manage a broad range of activities simultaneously, demonstrates the desire to learn and develop at a rapid pace, focusing on Asset servicing but also learning the franchise to help support the sales process. Attention to detail – Practice meticulous standards to provide responses of exceptional quality while meeting all client requirements. Enthusiastic, Confident and Decisive with strong interpersonal and planning skills. Friends with Microsoft Office – Well versed in working on Word, Excel, Adobe and SharePoint and get excited to fix glitches.
