This role requires a keen understanding of market dynamics, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Sourcing Strategies: Identify and evaluate sourcing opportunities to drive cost savings and enhance supply chain efficiency. Supplier Management: Establish and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, ensuring they meet company standards for quality, delivery, and cost. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to stay informed of industry trends, emerging suppliers, and market conditions. Negotiation: Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure advantageous terms for the company, including pricing, delivery, and service agreements. Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop strategies to mitigate them. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as Product Development, Quality Assurance, and Operations, to align sourcing strategies with business objectives. Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and supplier performance. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the sourcing function and implement best practices. Qualifications: Proven experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management on PCBA parts Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to analyze complex data and market trends. Proficiency in procurement software and tools. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in electrical or Electronics Engineering from a reputed institution or a related field. EXPERIENCE  Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in Elevator, Automotive, Appliance & Electronics Industry ANY OTHER KNOWLEDGE /SKILLS/PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES IF REQUIRES Ability to multitask and meet critical deadlines, strong people and interpersonal skills. Ability to present project ideas and status to team members, internal customers as well as senior leadership. Strong financial acumen to develop, understand and communicate business cases. Capable of driving change while maintaining positive relations with internal customers. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, required.
