Currently, we're seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Executive specializing in Labels, Ribbons, and Hologram Labels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the South/North / South region to achieve revenue and growth targets.- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine sales approach.

1. Team Leadership:

- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.- Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.

1. Client Relationship Management:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the South region.- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication and problem-solving.- Maintain relationship with existing business partner.

1. Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

- Implement robust sales forecasting and reporting mechanisms to provide accurate and timely insights to the executive team.- Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

1. Market Expansion:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region, including potential markets, industries, and partnerships.

1. Budget Management:

- Manage the sales budget for the North / South region, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).- years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the automation industry.- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
