This is a full-time Marketing Manager role at Expambit located in Gurugram, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, analyzing market trends, conducting market research, and overseeing the marketing team. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Devise and implement bespoke digital marketing strategies tailored to assigned clients.- Proactively nurture client relationships alongside Group - Account Managers, addressing their needs and ensuring utmost satisfaction.- Collaborate closely with the Group - Account Managers to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the client's business objectives and target audiences.- Craft and curate compelling digital content aligned with client objectives to drive engagement and conversion.- Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize ongoing campaigns and achieve desired outcomes.- Conduct thorough industry and competitor research to inform and enhance client portfolios.- Participate actively in client presentations, prepare comprehensive reports, and lead productive client meetings to drive strategic alignment.- Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in digital marketing to continuously innovate and deliver value-added solutions.- Coordinate with internal teams such as creative, content, and technical departments to ensure seamless execution and delivery of digital marketing initiatives.- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue and enhance client satisfaction.- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in digital marketing platforms, technologies, and best practices.- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and pitch materials to support business development efforts and acquire new clients.- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to foster their professional development and growth.- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate billing, invoicing, and financial reporting for client accounts.- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by promoting open communication, teamwork, and knowledge sharing among team members.

Qualifications

- Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Content Marketing skills- Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong understanding of current marketing trends and best practices- Experience in the media or advertising industry is a plus- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
