JobDescription:
PositionOverview: We are seeking an experienced Site Managerto overseemultiple construction sitessimultaneously in the prefabricated buildingenvironment.The successful candidate will beresponsible for ensuring highqualityconstructionefficient scheduling andeffective communication with contractors and siteworkers.The Site Manager will play a crucialrole in managing all aspects of theconstructionand erection processes ensuringadherence to quality standards and timelyprojectcompletion.KeyResponsibilities: ProjectManagement: Oversee multiple construction sites ensuringprojectsare executed according to plansschedules and budget constraints. QualityAssurance: Ensure that all construction activities meet orexceedestablished quality standards andcomply with relevant regulations and codes.Scheduling and Planning: Develop and manage constructionschedulescoordinating with subcontractorssuppliers and other stakeholders toensuretimely completion ofprojects. Contractor Management: Collaboratewith contractors site workersandsubcontractors to ensure effectivecoordination and smooth executionofconstructionactivities. Site Inspections: Conductregular inspections to monitorconstructionprogress identify any potentialissues and implement corrective actionsasrequired.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of projectactivitiesincluding daily logs progressreports and quality controldocumentation.
Health and Safety: Ensure strict adherence to health and safetyguidelinesand regulations on allconstruction sites promoting a culture ofsafetyawareness andcompliance. Problem Solving: Proactivelyidentify and addressconstructionrelatedchallengestroubleshooting issues to maintain project timelines andqualitystandards.Communication: Facilitate effective communication betweenprojectstakeholders including contractorssubcontractors architects engineersandclients ensuring that project goals andexpectations are clearly understood byallparties. Team Leadership: Provide guidancesupport and supervision to siteworkersfostering a positive work environmentand promoting teamworkandcollaboration.
Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in site managementpreferablyin the construction ofprefabricated buildings or similarenvironments. Construction Knowledge: Strongunderstanding of constructionmethodstechniques and best practices withspecific knowledge of prefabricatedbuildingprocesses. Project Management Skills:Demonstrated ability to manage multipleprojectssimultaneously effectivelycoordinating resources schedules andbudgets. Quality Assurance: Familiarity withquality control processes andproceduresensuring compliance withconstruction standards and specifications.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communicationskills withthe ability to effectivelyinteract with diverse stakeholders andconveyinformationclearly.
ProblemSolving Abilities: Strong analytical and problemsolvingskills withthe capacity to identify issuespropose solutions and make informeddecisionsin a fastpaced construction environment.Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivateand inspireteams drive productivity andfoster a positive work culture. Attention toDetail: Meticulous attention to detail ensuring accuracyinconstruction documentation compliance withregulations and adherence toqualitystandards. Health and Safety: Thoroughunderstanding of health and safetyregulationsand practices ensuring a safeworking environment for all site workers.Degree: A bachelors degree in civil engineering constructionmanagementor a related field is preferredbut not mandatory. Relevant work experiencewillbeconsidered.
