JobBriefAs a Site Reliability Engineer I atBijak you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliabilityscalability and performance of our infrastructure.

You willcollaborate with crossfunctional teams to support and monitorapplications in Production. This role offers an excitingopportunity to contribute to a cuttingedge technology environmentand drive the reliability of ourservices.
KeyResponsibilities Collaborate withdevelopment and operations teams to enhance the reliabilityscalability and performance of our systems Identify and troubleshoot issues related to infrastructureapplications and networks Participate inoncall rotations to ensure 24/7 availability and respond toincidents in a timely manner Implement andimprove monitoring and alerting solutions to proactively identifyand address potential issues Work oncapacity planning performance analysis and optimization of ourinfrastructure Contribute to thedocumentation of system architecture configurations and operationalprocedures Stay uptodate with industry bestpractices and emerging technologies to continuously improve oursystems Tracking issues and tasks in aproject management tool Aid in thedeployment process and perform Quality Assurance(Testing) onproductionenvironments
CandidateProfile Bachelor s degree in ComputerScience Information Technology or related field. Proven experience in a Site ReliabilityEngineer or similar role. Strongproficiency in scripting and automation (e.g. Python Bash Shell). Experience with containerizationtechnologies (e.g. Docker Kubernetes). Solid understanding of cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure GCP). Knowledge of infrastructure as code (e.g.
Terraform Ansible). Familiarity withmonitoring tools and frameworks (e.g. Prometheus Grafana). Strong problemsolving skills and ability towork collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to document complextechnical solutions. Familiarity with logmanagement and analysis tools

Good tohave:

Good Understanding of Linux operatingsystems and environment and fluent with Linux terminal commands Handson operational experience in ahighvolume or critical production service environment.

Good experience in Cloud and Database. Worked with project management tools likeJira. Should have experience in ticketingsystems for logging issues and task creation. Good understanding of DevOps tools like(Jenkins GIT and Dockers) Experiencemaintaining and deploying systems and software in diverseenvironments. Good debugging skills andMobile App Testing skill is an addedadvantage.
